Practical, Biblical and Real

I found this book at the perfect time. The author speaks of life’s longings that we all face and centers God’s goodness in the midst of our humanity. The author uses her own personal story and journey to give practical tips guided by Biblical truths that anyone can relate to. I truly enjoyed this. It’s read by the author and was a super quick and easy book to listen to.

Very meaningful

This book has been incredibly meaningful and poetic in my life right now. I'm in a place in my life that I'd rather not be in. I do a lot of therapy for trauma, and I love how meaningful and compassionate this book is. A skill I use often in therapy is drilling down a statement to see how true it is. This very much reminds me of that, with Jesus Christ completely at the center. I'm grateful to have read this book for community book club. Now & Not Yet has lit a fire in my heart and soul, and I pray that I remember who I am in God's eyes. Thank you!
