Sweet sweet Jasper!

I absolutely adore everything Lulu writes and this was no different. I’ve read a few of the New York Players series and decided to go back to the beginning and listen to audio.

Wolfie was such a firecracker towards Jasper and I loved her so much! The amount of F bombs she dropped.. my soul sister! I loved how real and relatable her story was for me personally. Someone that had spent years of their twenties with someone that didn’t appreciate her only for her to try and push away someone who cares so deeply. I loved how sweet Jasper was with her and the friendship they built before anything happened. This was a slow burn and so worth the wait.

And the friends? Cooper, Freddy, Drew and Felix? Can’t wait for their stories!

Emotions hit harder in the Audio

I've read this book multiple times as it's a comfort read for me. Listening to it played out by two amazing actors made it more real and WOW, the spice was spicier, and then I cried during the 3rd act because I felt like I was there.
I always recommend this book because it's a fantastic slow burn. I will also now recommend the audio because it burns harder.
PHENOMENAL!! This gets all the stars from me.

This is one of my favorite books. It is a top comfort reread. I love the audio version. Both narrators do an amazing job of bringing Jasper & Wolfie to life.
