entertaining and interesting storylines

it is very well paced so it definitely keeps your interest! their relationship story is sweet, believable and has just the right amount of angst. I'm liking this series!

This second book was so intriguing & mesmerizing.

I enjoy mystery and suspenseful story with romance included. This second one is Max and Lana’s story that had me captured. Max was an intriguing alpha with qualities I liked. While Lana was a strong independent go getter. These two characters meshed well and their story carried over from the first book. Hannah Shield writes great stories and this series is one of my fav. Can’t forget the narrators they bring it to life, loved their performance.
