Great VAs, Fun Story
..but this time the world story feels a little less significant and more of a vehicle to just have a couple key character interactions. A big one was an internal monolog that comes toward the end if the volume. Much intrigue there.
Still fun :)
This isn't a very thoughtful review, but I *had* to leave one after being asked so politely at the end of the volume.

Not Your Ordinary Tale Of Boy Meets Girl
Listening to Luci Christian and Chris Patton deliver their lines as series leads Kaname and Sousuke is such a joy to hear. They both do a wonderful job with their characters and their additional female and male character line delivery. Lucu is particularly good at an impression of Melissa Mao and Teletha Testarossa. So happy the series is being adapted. Eagerly awaiting Volume 3!!!

I watched the Full Metal Panic! Series as a kid. The books are quite good and the audiobooks are amazing. Glad to see the main English voice actors return for this 20+ years later. Volumes 6-12 are not available at this time (August 2024) with releases of volumes seeming to be 3-4 months apart. Volume 5 was released on the 30th of June ‘24 and so I am not expecting the next volume until late September to mid October.

Simply the best!!
Absolutely love this series…it’s so special to hear this read by the voice actors of Sousuke and Kaname from the anime! I really hope they’ll record all 12 volumes, since we tragically haven’t gotten the conclusion in anime form (yet)!
