An intrepid woman and her friends have inadvertently altered the future of their world—now they must try to restore time in this thrilling conclusion to the New York Times bestselling Dragonlance series.

When Destina Rosethorn and her companions were transported to a time centuries before their birth—to the days of the Third Dragon War—the Graygem of Gargath brought chaos to the battlefield and changed the course of history. Upon returning to the Inn of the Last Home, where their journey began, Destina’s party discovered a world completely changed. The forces of evil now hold sway over their land.

The River of Time is rising, flowing inexorably toward the present day. Destina and her friends must make one last, desperate attempt to restore time’s river to its proper channel. If they do not succeed, the altered past will sweep over the present until no trace of their old world remains.

im always happy to spend time with my friends in Krynn. I didnt feel theres was enough new story in this trilogy to warrant it overwriting what has come before. Time travel should have been left in the Twins Trilogy. in addition there was a failed opportunity with Sturm and Raistlin. they both could have done some growing through the opportunities presented in this trilogy but remained unchanged. Sure, Raistlyn contemplated making things right with his brother but then let himself off the hook. Sturm, still a side character even in a story where he should be one of the ones on a character arc.

where's my man Kaz

Weis & Hickman are the amazing storytellers, love everything about Dragonlance and would love it if their books would be turned into movies or shows.

Amazing

Story wrapped up well. Though maybe a little too conveniently. A welcome volume to the vast Dragonlance mythos.

Tight little package…

Margaret and Tracy have brought us another wonderful story in the world of lance. The name pronunciation was wrong. the narrator and producers should have listened to at least some of the previous books, ever time the names of the characters and locations were pronounced WRONG made me cringe. Unfortunately Tas and Tanis were out of character for parts of the story, Tasselhoff seemed to be a little immature and scattered brained, while Tanis could be short tempered and get angry in the original books, his manor in this book was over the top and his aggressiveness at Anistian was disappointing. I did enjoy the exploration and development of Rastilin and Strum's characters, their growth in the story went in an unexpected direction but it felt like it was growth and added to the story
