Very good well worth a listen.

Good overall story looking forward to the next installment. Very interesting plot and interesting creatures.

This is a young readers book

even for a young readers book it goes Nowhere. it's as If this book was written by a young reader. about 8 th grade level.

The preview did not do the book justice definitely worth the listen and I look forward to the rest of the series

Believability of the main character personality.

It is a wild story, but the main character feels like someone you could know.

Identifiable hero

I liked the hero/narrator even before anything really happened in the story. No matter how weird, everything was logically believable. I hated the cliffhanger ending, however.
