I really dislike how they ended this I really enjoyed the slow burn of it though and the lead up. I felt like there’s a lot of things that could’ve been taken out of the book and made it shorter. I just felt like some of the scenes were just not necessary, but it was a great stalker dark romance

Meh 🫤
Definitely watered down on spice- storyline was kind of rough. I couldn’t connect with FMC or MMC. I hate to say it has aspects that seemed parallel to Haunting Adeline. But there just didn’t seem to be the same spark between the couple. It’s a very slow burn, which I’m ok with normally. However, the way the story is told it made it really hard to get into and through the book.

Slow burn interesting story
I usually don’t like slow burns I feel like the story always drags on but this one kept me interested the whole time can’t wait to see what happens in the second book. Crazy cliffhanger 😩

Underwhelming
If you’re wanting a watered down version of Haunting Adeline this is it (kinda). The 🌶️ scenes weren’t too graphic and came mostly at the end of the book. The story didn’t make much sense and the main character wasn’t dynamic at all.

Read this too fast, need more!!
This story was great! The tension between the characters and the possessiveness from Hayden makes this reader so happy. Can’t wait to read the second one!
My only complaint was the narration. The female voice was monotone at some points but also very lively in others and it didn’t flow well for me. Still worth listening too though!

The narration was on point. I don’t usually leave reviews and this was good enough for me to leave one. It’s spicy, it’s stalkery, it’s worth the credit.
