ENTERTAINING!
I enjoyed this trilogy. I am a bit upset at ending and the expiration of some of my favorite characters.
However, very neatly tied in all the swarming characters from the The Shadow, and the Hunger of the Gods.
Clearly left open for another installment.

Fantastic world building
Holy cow, that was one the best possible ending, it hurt I wish some folks had made it, but dang i could not be happier with how that story ended wow. I hope we get more books but if not the trilogy was perfect 10/10

this would make an outstanding cinematic trilogy. don't know how they would even touch the awesomeness that is john Gwynne descriptions, but I'd be happy to see it. one of my favorite writers..

Amazing series
Thank you John for a amazing fantasy series! The first one I have ever read with a Norse based world I'm completely hooked and could read 10 more like it. I personally thought the characters were great and the action was top noch!

pace of the story
I enjoyed this series so much. This books pace of escalation had me thrumming with excitement to the conclusion of the liines of fate. I would describe this as a modern saga of old. I hope and cannot wait to see if the story continues.
