Amazing Book with Excellent Strategies/Suggestions

I am so glad this book was available to me for free; I hope it remains free for many people who are undergoing or will undergo narcissistic abuse and need real tools and strategies in one place for support. Narcissists also tend to control your finances, what you watch or listen to, and may go through your phone history, so at least this being free won't flag the finances part. Described methods such as DARVO, yellow rock, agree rock, gray rock, and not engaging in conversations with narcissists without looking like you are the bad guy. 10/10 would highly recommend this book; only drawback is the AI narrator.

I am so happy I read this book! It completely explained why a woman who was briefly a friend became so enraged by my ending our friendship went on social media and made me out to be the villain in a completely ludicrous story. She gave my real name, my personal details, and accused me of committing all of the horrible acts that she had committed against me. This book is a must read!
