I laughed. I swooned. I about damn fainted because of the mouth on this man. I cried…oh did I cry at the end 🥹😭

I’ve loved everything about Becka’s Playing For Keeps series and this one is no exception. I loved the romance development between the characters but most importantly the character growth of Jaxson was so well done.

This series has my heart!

I love love love this book.m Narration is a 5 for sure. Alex Kydd could read financial statements to me and it'd be hot. Jae Delane is a great relatable 20something character voice actor as well and I love when both dual narrators are spot on for their roles like this. The entire found family of this group of couples is so fantastic and heartwarming. I love these and cannot wait for the Cara and Emmett release next. Did I finish this book in a day? Yes. Am I planning to relisten to it again this week? Also yes. I'd give it a 3 out of 5 in the spice department. I love how relatable Jaxson's personality trait of "needs to get out of his own way" is so accurate for so many people. Garrett is still my book boyfriend (book 2 of this series), but I think this story is my favorite story so far. It is a series you should read all of and not pick up at book 4. I think the first of the series is my least favorite and it too is a 4 star read for me. Carter (book one lead) is just too cinnamon roll sweet for me. I am a Becka Mack convert and will be diving deeper into the author's other books really quickly. I read 19 books this month, and this was probably my favorite and worth every ounce of a pre-order credit. It came out on 7/30 and I read the entire thing on 7/31/24.

Can I rate this infinity stars? Because there has never EVER been a more beautifully perfect book in entire world. The narration? Perfection. Mittens? Perfection. The humor? The banter? The love story? Absolutely perfection. Not a single person in the world writes books like Becka Mack, and she is a gift to this world.

Favorite of the series!

I loved the story of Jackson and Lennon! After struggling through Adams book I wasn’t sure what kind of story Jackson would be and I am very pleasantly surprised with how much I loved it! Way better story line. I also love that we still get the other characters from the other books in all of the books.

Love the narrators! Alex is a top for me so I am always looking for stories he’s narrating!

Love this series!!!

This is by far my favorite friend group and found family!! They are hilarious and love each other so much. I’m so sad this series is over, maybe we can get just 1 more book somehow. I loved Jaxon and Lennon’s love story. I loved learning more about Jaxon. He’s such a softie and similar to Garrett and I loved that. I loved seeing how much the character grew throughout this book. Amazing book, amazing series!!

Both narrators killed it. Jae Delane is my new favorite female narrator. She did wonderful voices and great accents. Alex Kidd delivers again as the MMC narrator. Definitely going to listen to this one again.

Jaxon and Lennon

I never knew the pet name “honey” could be so swoon-worthy 😍 This book is adorable, as is the whole Playing For Keeps series. I love every single character. Narrators were amazing… Alex Kydd has the sexiest voice. Not a fan of when he pretends to be eating though.. lol. Overall, amazing!! ❤️

Alex Kydd is one of my Favorite narrators! I LOVED him as Jaxon! This story was so sweet and I couldn't have loved it more!

Very Sweet, Long

Excellent narration of a sweet, emotional, steamy story. But it's a bit too long for me. I enjoyed it but I don't need so many details about every single character in the story.
The narration cannot be any better! Alex is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. And this was an emotional one for his character.

Very much worth the credit.

This book series is fantastic. Becka Mack knocked it out of the park! Can’t wait to read future books by her. Great characters, lough out loud moments. I smiled all the way through. Spice, sweetness, snark , heartfelt. Loves every one of the books in this series.
