Love the content, but found the AI narrator distracting! Unfortunately, AI does not pronounce all words correctly, I feel takes away from the relatability of the content.

Great tips for managing ADD

Its this author spoke to me before writing this book. There’s no way he covers all aspects of procrastination like that

The most complete Procrastination BOOK EVER!

Pretty good idea, start everything with manageable bites. Wish a real person was narrating the book.

Not bad, but narration is so monotonous

Great chapters with steps to follow. I purchased audiobook and Kindle version. The reason I purchased Kindle as well is due not taking any notes just going to Kindle copying the same steps from the same chapters of Kindle and paste somewhere I can’t see them as shortcuts.
Audiobooks was excellent, which is not too long or too short. There are 32 chapters so they are not long asand clearly well organized.
I don’t think I have ADHD, however, I am procrastinator basically, I overwhelm myself too many to do lists I end up finishing nothing properly. I have been doing that all my life. No time to put this book into practice.

I recommend highly the audiobook and Kindle versions for people who have ADHD , procrastinators etc.
Good luck.

Excellent for a procrastinator like rmyself
