love this book and everything she writes, she is the queen after all.

the voices just aren't doing it for me like the last ones did. their not bad just different. I mainly don't like the fact the new voices pronounce names wrong or different than the other books for instance Hecate is a BIG one for me since it's used ALOT. kinda regretting buying this one on audible sadly but I have all of her books on audible for this series and fae chronicles. I know she was trying to get audio or to is quickly and the original ones weren't available right away but I'm hoping she gets them back! otherwise I may have to refrain from the audio books in the future. or at least make sure the names and things in the book are pronounced the same. It was almost to a dnf point.

Queen of chaos

You really irks me when they change the narrators you get used to one narrator and fall in love with their voice and tone and imagine them again. I love the previous performers of Knox and Aria. It’s so frustrating when you already have the characters there their appearance everything just from the sound of their voice in your head and the narrators and then they go and change it!! It irks me to the core!!!

Favorite series by her now

This series just moved to my favorite by this author. The Faye Chronicles now a close second. I loved the narrator’s from the first four books but the female narrator was good in this one. The male narrator’s voice for some of the characters especially Knox was completely off. But overall I really enjoyed it and am anxiously awaiting the next one.

Love the book but missed Troy Duran as Knox

The story is amazing as always!!! Love these books! buuut not having Troy Durans voice as Knox did not make it feel the same. This guys voice did not hit the same. It wasn’t bad but not as intense as Troy Duran. If you can’t get him for the next book you should totally get Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter! Those two together are amazing!!!!! Just saying.
