Absolutely loved the succinct, clear advice to approaching the task of clearing your life of unnecessary stress. As a woman who has cleared out my parents home after their passing and downsizing my own life after my husband’s passing, this book would have been a life saver. Now that I am an empty nester and on my own, I am using the ideas and expertise in here to make sure my children will remember me for all the good times we shared and not all the clutter left behind. Special call out to getting your finances and directives in place. That’s a very hard thing to pull together when you’re emotionally exhausted from dealing with a persons passing.

Fantastic advice!

I listened to this while doing some decluttering of my own, and it ended up feeling more emotional than I expected. It’s not really about “throwing things away,” but more about being thoughtful with your stuff and not leaving a huge burden behind for your family someday.

Highly recommend
