Organize better
The book dedicates a decent portion to sharing how to organize for ADHD. I like the metaphor the author uses, that the mind is a city and thought is a person with a destination. Everything is "breathing," and we need organizing methods that help the mind city breathe better. Methods like setting flexible routines, creating visual cues and reminders, and adjusting goals based on weekly reflections can act as billboards on the road, reminding us where the next stop is, and therefore helping to organize in a better way. It is a book that focuses on the "how to improve" side of ADHD. Love it!

very much useful and needed if you have ADHD
The audiobook was super informative and well written to begin with. I personally have many close people in my life with ADHD and I always feel their struggle in organizing their time efficiently. The book breaks down productivity and clutter in a simple and easy to understand way; it is specifically targeting people who struggle with doing one thing at a time and who likes to multitask. A precious and very useful guide for ADHD folks!

Organization with ADHD is hard, but this book helps!
This book gave me a lot of motivation for my organization or lack there of. It emphasizes and gives helpful tips for revising and figuring out what best suits you. I appreciated the emphases on one size does not fit all and to try things until something clicks, this is my AHDH motto! It encourages you to identify and play to your strengths which is super important with ADHD! I also find myself getting bored of old ways and need new ones to stay engaged so always happy to hear some new suggestions and perspectives. It breaks things down nicely and creates manageable steps with rewards for success. I appreciate that it gave advice for each room and not just organization as a whole. I’ve actually made the mistake of listening while at my sister’s house and ended up trying to organize her place!
