Plot twist was shocking

My first Rina Kent book and I am hooked!!!
You fall in love with the villain and I absolutely love it

Right so if a morally black ML is your jam Killian is for you. I won't lie I found Glyn extremely frustrating and she did such stupid stuff in the beginning but otherwise the narration wad good, story had a good pace and just keep in mind that Killian's love is Morally black and to read the trigger warnings. a lot of CNC oh and spicy talk in this book🔥🐇💀 happy reading! welcome to the Heathens legacy 🖤

I’m just gonna say this Killian set the tone for every thing is something about a villain love like a villain is willing to do or die for the woman that he loves. This is the embodiment. I am in Rina Ken that her big one with the god series, but I have to say Glydon not a pie. She is amazing. She’s a boss. I mean she was a loss first, but seeing her mole and grow into her comfortable self with everything and a bag of chips on to book 2.

Tenía el hype. Tenía el nombre. Tenía todo para atraparme y terminó siendo una decepción disfrazada de “monstruo”

La historia arranca con Glyndon, una chica de un mundo privilegiado que accidentalmente llama la atención de Killian, el más oscuro (con impulsos de asesino) del campus. Supuestamente él es el monstruo, el depredador, el psicopata diagnosticado del cual no conoce límites ni los respeta PERO más que imponerse, aburre profundamente😴

Lo que encontré fue una trama repetitiva, violencia sexual en absolutamente todo el libro disfrazada de un amor carente de fundamento como pocas veces leí con personajes principales planos, donde fuerzan diálogos, pasajes de escenas. No logré conmoverme por ninguno en esas “tragedias” personales ni me hicieron conectar ni una vez con la historia. La “química” no quema, apenas chispeó forzadamente.

Creo que después de leer #LightsOut de #NavessaAllen y la saga entera de L.O.R.D.S por #ShantelTessier mi vara quedó altísima. Desde esa novela, la medición de mi gusto por los dark romance no volvió a ser el mismo 🤭🤣

Lamentablemente pensé que este libro iba a ser el inicio de mi nueva saga favorita: Error 🥴
