Lousy Ending

Great story with Avery anticlimactic 🪁ending, which detracted from the story. Joe Barrett, as always, had an excellent performance.

Good short story from the author.

I love this author and especially narrator, Joe Barrett the two of them make Joe DeMarco series the best entertainment. This book brings you up to speed on the evil witches in the series. Where my comments of help?

I didn’t realize how much I had missed hearing about Joe. This is a short fun story. I wish it was longer. I will take what I can so happy to hear about Joe. I highly recommend this book!

Outstanding!

Lawson is my favorite author and the DeMarco series never disappoints. I anxiously await each new book and I especially liked the Rosario Beach series of novels also with the female protagonist Kay Hamilton, if I recall correctly. As I said I love his writing style and I have read all of his other books also. This was a novella so my only complaint was that it was too short. The always excellent reader, Joe Barrett, only amplifies the book. I have pre-ordered Untouchable and eagerly await its unveiling next month. I’m always trying to find writers with a similar style to Mike Lawson, but he’s top of my list.
