Fasssssst paced

No time to breathe. You jump from one crisis to another with a lot of sex in between. Very descriptive, hard to put down. Too bad the next book on the series isn’t available in Audible. — a lick of frost, book 6

phenomenally narrates

i love all laurell's work, always have, started with Anita Blake series, moved right into this one. I've read them all and even listened to audible of this one previously by different narrator, but wow! Stella Hinter is incredible, chnages the whole experience i higjly recommend revisiting these books if youve already herard them and if this is your first ru. you are going to love it

Merry's entourage grows

I love the culture of the far in this series. Merry is such a strong character and the men in her life are as different as they are delicious. :)
