Narrator shouldn’t be a narrator

The pattern and tempo of the narrator is terrible, can’t listen to the whole thing. Sounds like a high school student reading in public for the first time

Wow—this book really makes you think! Propaganda breaks down how public opinion is shaped, and it’s honestly kind of wild to see how much of what Bernays wrote back in 1928 still applies today. From politics to advertising, he explains how messages are carefully crafted to influence what we believe. It’s not just history—it’s a behind-the-scenes look at the world we live in now. A must-read if you’re curious about media, persuasion, or just want to be more aware of how information is presented to us every day!

Propaganda

Short and sweet, its a good little piece on propaganda and illustrates many of the ways in which it was leveraged in the past.

Without further reading the author, I'm not sure whether he was truly so naive and hopeful about the use of propaganda for noble purposes or if his efforts here were intended as propaganda for... propaganda.

Narration could be improved

The content was sound, and still applicable 100 years later; however, the recorded narration suffered from an echoey sound stage and the narrator mispronounced so many words (admittedly words that are not commonly spoken today) that I found it distracting and I think it actually detracted from my own experience and reception of the underlying content.

Unprofessional Narration

It sounded like the narration was recorded on a nineteen ninety two tape recorder. Very unprofessional and definitely, not the quality.I expect from audible.
