New enemies are on the horizon, but an old threat is waiting. And it’s angry.

Hiral and his companions have overcome many trials, including duels against the echoes of ancient threats and powers from beyond their world. But an old menace must be dealt with: the mighty Vorinal. However, they are not strong enough to face this ancient danger yet.

First, Hiral and his party must overcome the trials within the Cradle of Tomorrow if they even hope to gain enough power for the storm ahead. It’s A-Rank or nothing when it comes to a monster of Vorinal’s power.

Luckily, overcoming daunting trials is what Hiral's team do best …

… except their enemy is no dungeon construct, but an intelligent being with infested servants looking to tear down all of what the Makers, Growers, and Bonders have built.

New heroes or the tyrants of a lost age? Only the victor will command the world of tomorrow.

Awesome

Overall it is still fun and interesting but there are parts that have started to feel unhelpful to the progression of the story. I had to grit my teeth to not jump over parts that felt like they were added just to see how much stuff could be added as filler. Not giving spoilers but things like battle of the bands had me rolling my eyes when I just wanted it over so the storyline could move forward. I had to hold on because I still want to learn how the heroes can resolve the main/original world ending threat. (Gaming for advantages instead of fighting and evolving does show creativity but also gets slightly ridiculous.) Plus points for creativity and lost points for dragging out the main plot line.

Parts got a bit… out there

Well, the title says it all the narrator draws you in with his great voice and despite how many characters there are, it’s fairly distinct who is talking when he uses different voices. The story itself five stars solid! I cannot wait for the next book.

Another great story and preface

Group conversations are way too long and unnecessary and the author has beaten the PIM to death.

To much filler.

I ran out of material, so got back on rune seeker, but I just can’t do it…chapter and chapters of empty space…it’s SO SO bad. Every line of story has 5-6 verbal throwbacks to some characters quirks. I find myself zoning out and not paying attention for minutes at a time. It’s like they had a good short story and stretched it into a 10 book series. The voice actor has only a couple voices and I can’t tell them apart, while reading everything with such over emphasis, that it makes the already weak story sound like it’s intended for 5 year olds.
Only the second book I ever quit in the middle:..

I just can’t finish it…
