Delivers on a premise, and then some.

Every fantasy author looks at time shenanigans as though behind glass that reads "break in case of emergency". Rowe passes his hand through the glass and leaves a note reading "I'll bring it back in five minutes" and crafts a novel that dances on the edge of existential horror and RPG video game action to bring us worldbuilding swings that hit every time. The penultimate entry in the first series of Rowes that I personally experienced proves a premise I think is missing from the genre - not a story that builds a world around it, but a story existing in a wide, wide, world that is truly magical - brought to life by the best audio narrator in the industry.

fantastic continuation to the series

even as brief as this book is in comparison to the other titles in the series, it is well worth the listen. now the hard part is waiting for the next book to come out

Good but has that sequence thing going on.

I’m not a fan of interludes and things not chained together back to back . But that’s just me.

Fantastic Continuation of the series

The author is done a fantastic job with this entire series. This book is a great continuation to the series. It makes me super eager for the next book. I absolutely love the fact that the title seems like a kind of joke between the character and his future self . It's hard to write anything with Time travel involved and the few near Mrs. of him almost meeting himself on his current timeline we're done fantastically.

Just wish it was longer
