Listening to Cole and Blaise’s story adds a whole new layer to the experience—hearing it out loud pulls you straight into their heads, making every moment hit that much harder. The narration captures their emotions so vividly, it’s like living the story with them. The spice? Filthy in the best way. And the angst? Had me wanting to wrap them both in a blanket.

Yes, the book has its quirks—some offbeat metaphors and a bit of British slang—but honestly, it just adds to the charm. I went in thinking Cole was going to be my favorite, but Blaise completely caught me off guard. Watching him slowly lean into his truth without flinching felt so satisfying. There are definitely some wtf moments, but Blaise’s brand of chaos balances perfectly with Cole’s darker edges.

Highly recommend if you love morally grey characters, twisted dynamics, and the kind of story where someone’s chasing their stepbrother through the woods and you’re rooting for it.

MM PERFECTION by the queens!!!!

Holy hot , I am dead! This was freaking HOT! I mean scorching, burning, scalding feeling hot and I’m in LOVE!!! Harleigh and Leigh just smashed out a MM romance that was an inferno of lust, hate, love and dirty, dirty, dirty desire. Cole and Blaise were incredible! Their past was so intertwined with the present and created the most delicious plot line that I sucked this up!!!! Character development was freaking phenomenal and relational development was the most insane enemies to lovers with a side of tasty taboo!!! This is one of the best books I’ve ever read! Narration was freaking amazing! Gahhhhh, talk about a killer MM🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Left me speechless

All right so let’s get wind and clear. I was not emotionally or physically prepared for this roller coaster of a book because wow it was crazy and had me wanting to throw my phone across my room. The ending was phenomenal. Amazing but OMG was there points in the book where I just wanted to give up. Because I felt so emotionally for these characters the writing is so beautiful. I loved every instant and I’m so glad I read this book. Thanks, TikTok.Lol
