Confused about the ending. There were 3 different scenarios and I'm not sure which one, if any, is true. I don't understand the ending at all. A total waste of time!

Amazing. As always, I'm left completely shocked and amazed. Freida McFadden does an amazing job at setting up her twists. The narrator did a great job with her portrayal. It is a great read/listen, and I'll honestly be recommending it to everyone
