Would’ve been better with real voices.

The story wasn’t bad. Some of the alien names were lame and stating the names of some traditional weapons over and over was annoying. There were also subjects in this book that were covered in other sci-fi books I’ve listened to, but I suppose that makes sense. There were a few that were original though.

Unfortunately, the AI voice really stole the emotion out of the book. There were pronunciation errors, inflection errors, wrong or no tone and the cadence was off too often. I won’t listen to another AI voiced book anytime soon.

here is my honest review. I've listened to hours and hours of this book and to be honest I couldn't get enough. the book was some times hard to follow and ive had to go back a few times to keep up but that's because it had so much going on at all times. I started using audible a few years back to help with ptsd it helps keep my mind from overflowing with thoughts and this book was perfect for me.big shout out to the author you did a amazing job and thanks for the memories I have now. I give the book a solid 10 in my opinion.

great story

although so far its a great story, 8ther the person reading the book didn't pre read the book or its another crap Ai reader, it is punctuated poorly...also, why in God's name read the chapter list and index of every book...it is too much and forced me to quit before finishing...why do these authors insist on ai readers...they kill every book they read...sorry, but I cant handle it...just glad this book was free, or I would be demanding my money back...if you get rid of the Ai reader let me know, ill give it another chance..

it is too hard follow

it jumps around so much, not always explaining and with a monotone voice. I just could not follow it easily. I may try again someday.....
