Better and funnier than expected!

I had this in my list of recommendations. I figured that it was worth a try. It’s actually a really good series with just enough funny to make it even better. I’m glad I tried it and will look for more work from Chris Fox.

Excellent Series

I had my doubts when i started this series!!! Really wanted story to continue. Writer and reader was well paired along with a very thought out and researched story line!!

Good but childish

The story is fun at it's core with just enough frustrating set backs for the heros to make the stories interesting. My only hope is that the author meets more women in the future as he seems to only have three female archtypes, Dommy Mommy, Evil Seductress, and Girl who doesn't realize she's Perfect. Other than that this is a nerds book there are a LOT of high scifi concepts and jokes only super dorks will appreciate normies have been warned ⚠️

great listen if you can get through it

Great story interesting timelines and mythos very interesting world building relatable, recognizable characters and action throughout.

I loved the story and the value for my credit. The tie in to The Magitech Chronicles was nice too. I will be reading this again in a few months. Good read, performance good enough,

I like werewolves and vampires with good stories

I dislike that there's no more books than I like the way the transaction back to the beginning so you see why everything happens from the beginning to the end

A well spun saga.

The characters are well written and the story has plenty of twists. Well worth the time to listen.

A fun read and an incredible value

These may not be genre defining masterworks, but they are very fun reads(listens?). Well worth your credits and time. This collection, the Magitech Chronicles, and the Void Wraith Saga all tie together in interesting ways that give the story a larger than expected feel, and you get more than 200 hours of entertainment for 3. Best deal going.

Worth a credit

It wasn’t a bad story. I have to have 15 words minimum. I bought it because it was long, I wasn’t disappointed.

Master flea weaves multiple cultures together

I love books that are based on real history or real mythos or real religions etc and this book twines them all together with an Egyptian focus as the primary backstory. I love that it also brings together many different superstitious beliefs and tries to make sense of them all.

there are a couple of places in the book that I wish it had gone slightly differently but really only one where I was disappointed.

This is a good series and a good price getting the whole series for one credit. If you like SG-1 then you'll probably love this whole story.

The very beginning is kind of disconnected from the rest of the story... So I totally recommend after you've completed the story rereading the beginning whether you're listening to that as an audiobook or reading it in some other way. listening to it the second time through really helped me to understand what I had missed the first time.

It's long.. very very long cuz it's all five books plus a prequel but it is worth the time to read it and it was worth the time to read it a second time.
