The best selling 6-books series is now complete!
Once a powerful player. Now, a level 1 monster. And he must embrace that side to survive.
Oren was a dominant force in the bustling digital realm of NEO, commanding wealth, prestige, and high levels. But when fate deals him a cruel blow, trapping him in the body of a lowly goblin and depriving him of his ability to log out, Oren is forced to fight for survival.
Stripped of his immense powers and cast into a hostile, monster-ridden wilderness, with the constant risk of the game frying his nervous system, his only way out of the virtual purgatory is to win.
But it’s not easy starting from scratch as one of the weakest races. Preyed upon by both monsters and players alike, his only hope for allies lies with … other goblins.
Join Oren on a thrilling journey as he rises to the challenge of transforming the weakest of creatures into an unstoppable force. Delve into his quest to turn his level 1 fodder character into a boss monster powerhouse. Experience the thrill of watching Oren's journey to greatness unfold.

If you're like me and love classic LitRPG, but can't bare to face-palm your way through another unedited string of beginner writer's mistakes then you know what I mean.
This book actually deserves the 5 stars.

It's been well over 6 months since I binged books 1-5. I don't have a good reason as to why I sometimes take long breaks. I got to book 6 and stopped for a bit halfway through so I can't really remember many of my likes or dislikes in the first few books. I do remember being annoyed a bit in some of the earlier books, but can't quite remember why. I'm glad I stuck it out though and definitely wish this story would have gone just a bit longer. The end of the series is a very long war arc, which...story wise makes sense, but kinda wish there wasn't a "end of the world" or time limit to this story. Would have been cool to experience Oren and the rest of the players just....playing a bit. That could have been a much better epilogue Oren wise. Epilogues(this one is 26 minutes) always seems so rushed in my opinion. I want to know more about how everything ends for all the characters and what they are doing now. Orens ending is definitely a happy one but it's so damn quick and not really touched on. What about him and Vic meeting up again?
Well who knows....that could happen in the next series Biomancer. I haven't started it yet, but its in the same VR world with a new MC after the events of this book. Narration was great considering it was Jeff Hayes and some of the other SBT folks.
Was a bit of a rocky start and had some in between areas that were annoying but if this is your type of genre then just stick with it, you'll most likely enjoy it.
Finished all 6 books and it's been fun.

Narrator performed admirably overall. Seldom did I feel his voice acting fall short; at most, a few laughs or yells across twenty hours of recording. His work constitutes an excellent production.
Speaking of production, I found the effects and noises a fantastic addition to the narration. It should be implemented in every book where appropriate. The Lit RPG fantasy genre should definitely harness such a useful tool.
I highly recommend this book. It was fantastic!
Momentum building!
