Candy for the Mind

I listened to all 3 of the books. I found the narrator's voice annoying and I still hear it in my head. So, memorable at least!
I really wanted Mia to be a little smarter and grow into her powers faster. But overall the stories kept my interest and I don't regret the listening time.

The narrator’s portrayal is at odds with the sarcasm of the character- it’s distracting to have everything read in a whiny tone and inflection.

Can’t take the narrator

Her voice just doesn’t match the character who’s only 42. She speaks very monotone and sounds as if she’s maybe 60 or more. It didn’t match the witty snark I was expecting from the character. Sad to sad, I just can’t keep listening. Might have to get the kindle version.

Entertaining and at times hilarious or meaningful

This is a lovely series. The third book is also hilarious in many places. I like that rather than a fantasy paranormal series, this series directly addresses some of the issues faced by intuitive people in real life and does so in a very entertaining manner. This series also addresses the real issues faced by the adult daughters of highly critical mothers.

A fun listen

Narrator was great. Love all the voices. The storylines kept your interest and were quite funny at times. Can’t wait for the next one.
