By the end of the story it was apparent who the suspect was and what was real and true. Several people worked to bring the truth to the light if day that had been hidden for years. I was disgusted by the end ( with the suspect)
I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

I love Kirkland books for detail, story and legal. However, the narrator needs to lighten up, there is no change in tone and the way he swings the last syllable of the words in sentences is distracting.
