My 3 favorites in the series all together!!!!

As a reader, you will undoubtedly go into this series expecting whiny love stories from a bunch of bratty teenage girls. “Bad girls” are not my heroine of choice, so I stayed away from this series for way too long. I feel so betrayed by Saffron Kent. These are not the troubled girls they are made out to be. They are beautiful, strong, kind, and so misunderstood. There are some really big emotions in these stories, held by some of the most mature and grown up teenagers that I have read. The characters and storylines are unique, but also extremely relatable and this 2nd box set will keep you busy for many angst-filled hours. Each book in this series has a special place in my heart, but if I had to pick my favorites, it would be the three books in this audio collection These Thorn Kisses, Hey, Mr. Marshall, and The Hatesick Diaries.

I also need to note the amazing variety of narrators for each story. In this collection. The female narrators effortlessly portrayed their characters, which is often difficult in my opinion, as they are teenage girls. Then we have the male narrators that were just incredible for the age gaps portrayed as well as the dual performances.

Love this series!

This series is so great. The narration gives the stories more depth and I'm so honored to have received it! I am recently listening to more audio books because I've been able to do that while I do chores, and it's great. This series is full of love and romance and the BEST dirty scenes. There's longing, and yearning, and grumpy men with hearts of gold, and they women they'd burn down the world for. And the narration captures all of that and more! Plus, you get 3 books in one, it's a win-win.
