Not bad

Very basic but very easy to listen to. Narrator was positive and uplifting. A great place to start as opposed to the 600 page textbooks. Well done

Don't waste your money

The "information" in this book is roughly equivalent to a third grade health class. If this author is working towards a PhD it must be from a correspondence school. The naration was childish at best. I'd have rated it as zero if I could.
