Well worth reading.
Excellent read. Very enjoyable in depth novel depicting the story of Bathsheba, the beloved queen of King David.
Angela Hunt has done it again with her talented skill in her added dramatized writing about characters of the the men and women of the Bible, during the time of the rule of kings, while keeping it real with its truths.

Engaging and entertaining
Well written and the author stayed true to the scripture theme. Delightful concern that drove home the presence of the characters as well as their personalities. This is one of my favorite books that will not leave my library.

I really enjoyed listening to this story. The narrator's voice was appropriate for each voice. Also it was very interactive. It was also close or true to the Bible's account. The prophecy of Nathan and others truly broke my heart.

Outstanding in every way!!
From the writing by the Author to the reading by the narrators, this book is outstanding! Absolutely flawless. I was lost in the story!! I felt not only like I was actually there watching all that happened but recognized my sinfulness in the greed, jealousy and selfishness of some of the characters. Its so easy to look back and say "I would never have..." But this book makes it clear that we are all sinful and in need of a loving God and more than that, to seek and obey Him!! Listen to this book and enjoy all it has to teach you about yourself. I feel as if I personally met Bathsheba. Kudos to the author.

I truly enjoyed this telling of the life of Bathsheba. From a young vibrant lady, a young wife, a king’s wife, a mother and so very much more.
