very introspectively challenging
nothing relates to my deepest interest and why I am pursuing martial arts in the first place better than this book. definitely powerful things to contemplate for anyone. I'm sure Bruce is truly honored by the life and work of his daughter.

Amazing!!
This book is a deep dive into the mindset as well as the philosophy behind one of the most superhuman human beings that ever lived. Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee’s physical and mental achievements are truly amazing and Shannon lee (his daughter) does a wonderful job of translating his message in a way that is practical and easy to understand.

Tbh Really listen
It was an amazing book tbh I have trouble reading so audible really helps.. and I love Bruce lee so this book was amazing books I’ve always herd his quotes and philosophy and she explains a lot of his quotes that I always had questions too. Really listen to it tbh be formless
