Wow amazing listen book...
This is an excellent guide.This book will also help to understand the real meaning of life and can help us to learn not to stress over everything. So I bought this book, made myself some mint tea, got cozy in my bed with this book, and bingo had a very peaceful sleep that night! So these bedtime stories do work! And they are quite fascinating too.

Great audio book listen only
What a good idea to have short and shortish pieces that adults would (and in my case, did) enjoy. Some poetry, some familiar literature, some a bit out there, some so comforting. Lovely. I received the book as a gift, and bought another copy to give to my friend for her birthday.

You Drift Off & it Surrounds You With A Deep Inner
I look forward to listening to it every night; it is calming and soothing and I never get tired of it. I sleep so much better with this; when I wake up at night I wake up gently and I am able to fall asleep much easier. I am sleeping very deeply and waking up feeling good. Also, as a result of listening to this audiobook, I am feeling much more calm and tranquil during the day, as Dr Estes suggests at the beginning of the tape. I can feel the calmness in my body, I have never felt this ever in my life. Dr. Estes voice is so soothing and she is a wonderful storyteller. I am very appreciative of her creating this audiobook.

This audiobook gives a clear understanding
My son is super excited at bedtime now for his daily story! These are quick, adorable, Disney short stories that follow some of his favorite Disney characters. It is now become a tradition tolisten one before bed every night and takes an honorary place on his bedside table. Great job !

This was a good book of basics for beginners. The terminology is easy to understand and follow. The listener explains everything thoroughly. My skills are a little ahead of this, it still gets four stars because it is informative and good to use as a quick reference guide.

Excelent heavy listen
Great book that was delivered in excellent condition. The review of assembly really made me understand what C was doing under the hood especially the concept of pointers that had been difficult to grasp for a while.
