Chick Lit

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The story was pretty unrealistic to begin with. I purchased this as a daily deal. I always hate books where the female main characters just jump into bed or marry men they barely know. None of my female friends have ever done this and I have to wonder why so many current books have to portray women so cheaply.

The performance was good with one big exception. The voice of Allie, the little girl, was particularly annoying.

Story ok but reader needs coaching

The reader made several characters sound like fingernails on a chalkboard. I decided to finish the book even though I wanted to fast forward through those parts.

Good read stayed hooked to it

Couldn’t wait ti see what will happen next. Kind of intertwined with my life once upon a time. I was engrossed

unexpected enjoying

good solid story kept me interested and pulling for the girls. I didn't want to put it down

I stopped reading because of the “baby talk”, but gave it another chance...and So Happy I Did!

I had stopped reading because of the baby talk around chapter 2. A few days later, I gave it another chance, and I am so happy I did!<3 This story brings inspiration & hope to life’s struggles & relationships that you imagine are gone for good.

Loved this book

The story was heartwarming and sad at the same time. I loved the characters and of course the ending. Couldn’t stop listening.

Was okay

I have read the Nightingale by this author. I felt like this was a bit too predictable, sappy, and just not the sophistication that I expected from this author. But again, my expectations play a role in this review. I was able to get through the story. There were some high points. But overall it fell a little flat for me.

what a great story to listen to while I do my daily walk and at night when I can't sleep. Thanks to a the story teller. made the story flow!!

sometimes, you just want a fun read. this is it. I really enjoyed the narrator as well.

This book was amazing!!! I love Kristin Hannah and how she brings you into the story and I always feel as if I am right there going thru everything with the characters!!!!!!
