Outstanding Book on Foreclosure Investing!!!

This is one of the few books I've truly appreciated from start to finish regarding the processes of Investing in Foreclosed Homes / Titles. Extremely easy to follow as the narrator has a good voice to listen to. There's MANY Audible books I've instantly regretted buying because the sample voice I was expecting was not the majority voice being used throughout the narration. Lots of authors typically spend the vast majority of time in their books discussing how they came from nothing & now have all the money in the world. In this book however, the sought after processes needed to follow a successful Foreclosure Investing business is outlined in thorough detail as well as easy to understand examples of the authors personal experiences. Alot of times he got lucky and other times he learned lessons the hard way. With SOOOO many books to choose from on the market, coupled with how little amount of time most people have to learn a new industry while staying productive in their current busy lives, I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who's looking to get into this specific field. As I navigate the world of Real Estate, this book will forever be close by to use as a reliable, organized & trustworthy source of knowledge and processes needed to be successful. The author deserves some gratification from this reader, thanking him for putting together this very well thought out book for beginners and experts wanting a well presented reference guide in the world of Foreclosed Homes.

Great introduction to purchasing Foreclosures.

I found this audiobook to be very informative and take a lot of the guessing work out of purchasing foreclosures. I would recommend this book to anybody who is interested in the process. the narrator does a great job with this audiobook.

if you are experienced, skip the first half.

if you have experience as an investor, you can skip half the book and go straight to the 5 steps. I was worried it would have no substance to it, but it wasn't a bad introduction and I will refer back to it on occasion as needed.
