Great for meditation, great for sleep.

Alison Blaire has got together a ton of relaxing and soothing frequency music that I noticed totally helped with my brain fog, among other things. It’s pretty amazing that slowing our brain waves down to low beta, then alpha, then delta, and if we’re lucky, Gamma, can produce an endless amounts of positive effects within us that affect every area of our wellbeing. I learnt about these brainwave functions from Dr. Joe Dispenza books and have since been an avid practicer of slowing down my brain waves for lovely results in meditation and Alison Blaire has kindly provided us all with this lovely audiobook to get these kind of ameliorative results during sleep too. Great for meditation, great for sleep.

I slept so good!

'Binaural Beats: Harness Alpha, Delta, Gamma, and Theta Soundscapes for Cognitive Performance and Restorative Sleep.' is one audiobook you'll never read! It's entirely sounds, Allison Blaire does a short introduction and conclusion, but the rest is all sorts of sounds she claims' Enhance Focus, Memory, Relaxation, Accelerate Recovery, and Elevate Your Wellness (Own Your Mind and Body Health)'. I cannot attest to all of that after one listen, but I can say I slept really well, and I dreamt vividly which if I ever do, I don't remember. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone who experiences difficulty falling asleep!
