Premleena's own journey began one morning in 1983 when she found herself on the bedroom floor crying for help in despair. From there her transformation magical started... Finding here own inner voice of silence. Then becoming a counseling therapist, learning different meditative and transforming healing tools.
In the early 1990s, She started to create and facilitate groups and workshops in Sweden.. it became a success and is still happening so...
She offers retreats, sessions, trainings, talks and group processes that provide healing for individuals, couples, leaders, companies, sports teams and organizations.
