Sasha Matcha has a nice pleasant voice. The audible is helpful and relaxing and will help you to boost your Positive Thinking, relax and distress, I suggest it's worth a try to beat out that stressed-out feeling everyone gets now and then.

Subliminal Affirmations that make a difference!

Before my sentiments were in charge, they were in control, but now it is a complex story, because I have command over them, and that has been possible thanks to the important instructions that this audiobook has had to provide me through this.

These affirmations are true advises to me!

The feelings had been taking over around me, and that was really causing me problems, but when I started listening to this audible I knew I would have something to advise me to give me a stop to this situation, and really yes, it helped me a lot.

It's weird how I felt the happiest in my life when I listened to this every morning when I had pretty bad anxiety.

From chaotic to serene state of mind

I purchased this audio book because I frequently have trouble winding down at night. My mind is going a million miles a minute, and I find that when it's time to try to sleep, I'm restless, and have a lot of thoughts in my head.

Mindfulness meditation is really helpful for a state of mind such as described above, but there are times when I'm just not into trying to meditate. My mind is a jumbled mess and I was just looking for something that was relaxing yet positive to listen to.

I've found that this audio book works supremely well at relaxing me (as the music is very soothing), and it also quiets my mind, as powerful positive affirmations are being picked up by my subconscious while I am in a relaxed state of mind.

I've used this audio book to go from a stressed-out and restless state of mind, to a peaceful and serene state of mind, and drifted off to sleep much more easily.

I'd recommend these over any other subliminal audios, because in order for something to be truly subliminal, your conscious mind is supposed to be oblivious to the suggestion. The only other product I've found that is similar is by Subliminal Guru; this one is better (in my opinion) however, because instead of being broken up into 5 or 6 different music tracks, it's all just one long soothing and relaxing music track, full of powerful subliminal affirmations.
