Very important book for everybody!
Just read it! The book contains lot of gems which helps you. It's remarkable how much information this contains. I have been read lot of self-help books and this is maybe the best book what I ever read. It tells you everything about you as a human. It's more than just what book's title is. Example how your brain works and how your body works, how your emotions works in your body.. Life changing experience is this book. It deepened something what I already knows, and went so much deeper levels my understanding of myself and learned a lot more new valuable things what I can use immediately in my life. This book made me a new person, a new version of myself. I loved this book and highly recommend to you read, listening this beautiful masterpiece and drink that wisdom inside you.. Simple but profound
This book puts so much together in a truly holistic way—diet, exercise, hydration, breathing, technology, mindset, mindfulness. The writer (who narrates with great energy) is a medical doctor who switched her practice to more holistic therapies. This is a must for anyone interested in mind-body work.
