Useful but complex to follow in audio format without a handout

The book explores a number of useful tools in a seven step process, with a lot of reference to work done by McKinsey. However with a handout it gets complicated to follow the models and steps and to keep track of the case studies which keep weaving back and forth

A must read, great examples and tools!

This is one of the highest impact books I’ve read. It has great structure, goes into enough depth- referencing sources if you want to dive deeper, has many examples, and simple yet robust tools...

Straightforward and clear

Very clear for anyone open to apply problem solving techniques. This book is a marvel and should not be taken lightly. It is interesting how the authors already think about the state of the future skills needed to navigate the world we are and will be facing with technology.

Problem solving is the crucial skills humanity may have to develop.

Include Graphic PDF Please

Listeners miss out on a huge portion of value that they paid for.
The content is great, and very convenient to listen to on the move.
I have a big problem when I want to go back and refer to the graphics mentioned.
The listeners miss out on a huge chunk of content without being able to view the logic trees.
And it's ridiculous to expect a listener to purchase the digital/physical version to get this... please can this be sorted out as soon as possible.

Should have read rather than listened

I’m sure these techniques are great but it was a bit hard to follow without looking at the referenced diagrams and try as I might I couldn’t find documentation to go along with the audiobook.

without the PDF with charts the audio is useless..

the book really needs a PDF with the charts, frameworks and examples... I don't understand why it doesn't come with a simple PDF with that info

Graphics Appendix Please

Hi here's hoping the authors are reading this, as I've purchased the audiobook I'm unable to view the graphics/ logic trees referenced in the hardcopy - could you please create a downloadable pdf file? Audible offers downloadable pdfs for other titles however this one is yet to have one available for readers.. hope you can help..

listening is hard

The content is very very dry. The content really needs the diagrams of the examples to review. I recommend providing a pdf companion to this audio book as well as finding some more interesting examples fisheries? There have to be some better everyday people examples.
