this book is amazing to listen to at night while you're trying to rest your mind and relax from the day it helps renew your mind for the morning so that you're thinking positive thoughts so that you're thinking God like thoughts so you're putting your imagination to work in a good way letting these words settle with you at night before you rest makes you wake up with a peaceful rest and a peaceful mind
