Helps to change my bad habits

This book imparts various comparable ideas to those books, yet it's considerably more receptive and decipherable. The good book has a cordial and easygoing style of composing so it's anything but difficult to peruse and retain ideas. That being stated, there are no enchantment elixirs or spells plot here, and as it should be, on the grounds that Anti-Procrastination requires some serious energy and exertion and resolve.

Practical listen

Great and practical listen for anyone who wants to get things done but struggle with staying focused and discipline. My favorite parts of the book where the three-row spreadsheet which explains everything from avoiding activity , I feel like a completely new person and I am willing to learn more about the topic explored there, would be very happy to listen to other books from this listen.
