Talking in a closet

The reader has a very clipped British accent which is not a complaint but the problem being she also sounds like she did her reading in a closet. In addition, her inflections are like she’s reading a romance novel, yet there’s no warmth and a very hollow sound around her reading, therefore I couldn’t make it through the book and so can’t tell you if there’s any useful information in it because I didn’t make it through the introduction. The book itself might be very good but I’ll have to read a hard copy before I could comment on that.
