Hooking Story

I love Vampires ! So the story had me hooked just because . The spice was spicy and the end was crazy . I can’t wait for the next book .

Wow. That got intense

I chose this story pretty quickly and just dove in. It started a little bit slow, but picked up momentum as it went. Those last few chapters are pretty unexpected but I will say no more, can't wait to read the rest in 5 months... The only downside is waiting so long for the rest of the story

Quite Good

I really enjoyed this book, and how it grabbed me right away and couldn’t stop listening even when I needed to sleep. The narration is amazing and I can’t wait until book 2 is out.

Captured

Having read around 500 titles in the last couple of years, I’ve found that many books start to blur together with their similar themes and plots. However, this book stands out distinctly from the rest. From the very first page, it grips you with its unique story and captivating characters. The plot is refreshingly original, weaving unexpected twists that keep you guessing until the very end. The author's skillful storytelling ensures that you remain engaged throughout, making it difficult to put the book down. This is a book that not only holds your attention but also leaves you eagerly anticipating the next installment. It's a truly memorable read that breaks away from the mundane and offers something genuinely exciting.

I listened to this book in one sitting! I simply could not stop. I look forward to the next book in the series. * There is some crude language and several sexual encounters.

That Ending!

Up until the auction I was feeling a solid 3 (for good), but the last 2 chapters bumped it a quite a bit; not necessarily up 1, but enough to round up.

It’s definitely steamy and kinda trope-y (enemies-to-?), but there are enough reasons given on why the characters say/act the way they do. But. Those last two chapters took us there. I got so intrigued that I was going to start the next book IMMEDIATELY only to find that it’s not released yet. (sigh) Que sera sera. The cliffhanger at the end of the epilogue is easy to guess, but the validation of knowing your right is nice.

For sensitive readers: Definitely read the sensitivity warnings as I didn’t expect them to get as dark as they did.

Worth the listen if you can get past a few things

Stellar performance, the narrator was really fantastic, especially since the writing was fairly immature. The plot was different which drew me in however I had to really kind of power through some things that just really do not make sense at all, but that being said I will get the second book because I’m curious to see what happens..

New view of Vampires

There were things that made me roll my eyes but I couldn't stop listening. I'd cringe but just had to know what happened next....

Vampire tale

Loved it sucked me in within the first three chapters. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves vampire tales
