A very easy-to-digest book

This is not a passive audiobook. This is an active audiobook, one that makes to read it and THINK and TAKE ACTION. But it's also a very easy-to-digest book. It comes across as a very friendly, introductory yet extremely helpful guide to co-dependency. The book is divided into bite-sized chapters, which include questionnaires and related activities. I think this book is a good tool to have for those who are just starting on their journey to recover from co-dependency.
