Solid, healthy support for guys
I was real happy to see the existence of this book. I feel like men are asked by society to be tough, to handle the world, to grin and bear things, and that's just not fair. I'm a somatic psychotherapist and appreciate this book also as a window in to what some men struggle with and need support with. Kudos to the author for tapping into this.
