Positive inspiring meditation
I find this meditation audio book by Dr. Nerina Ramlakhan very positive and inspiring. And, it focuses on deep inner safety which makes a positive difference in thinking, certainly in long term. Looking forward to doing this meditation many more times.

It helps relax, but not sleep
I was doing ok until she breathed out “iiiinnnnnnn and ooooouuuuuttttttt”, like Darth Vader. Things were much better after the giggle fit stopped.
