"¡Súper útil para pensadores excesivos como yo!"
Este audiolibro ha sido un verdadero salvavidas para mí. Soy alguien que piensa demasiado constantemente, especialmente cuando se trata de ser padre y gestionar la apretada agenda de mi familia. Pensar demasiado en las cosas es difícil
A veces, me preocupo demasiado cuando mi cerebro piensa o divaga en otra parte. Al escuchar este audiolibro, necesito aplicarlo en mi vida para no pensar demasiado en las cosas, para poder tratar de relajarme, dormir bien y no preocuparme por las cosas del mundo. A veces nos preocupamos por los pequeños problemas, pero el audiolibro te enseña cómo superarlos y no dejar que las cosas controlen tu vida. Es cierto porque si no aprendemos a controlar nuestro cerebro, podemos perdernos y las pequeñas cosas pueden impedirnos progresar. Me encanta el audiolibro y el narrador de la historia.

Este audiolibro fue una revelación para mí. Siempre he tenido una mente inquieta y me encuentro atrapado en la parálisis por análisis, pero este libro me enseñó cómo romper ese ciclo.
