Excellent Book
Awesome Read. Great information in easy language. Every medical professional person should read and question their own understanding of the things they practice. Dr. Berry does an amazing job uncovering some REAL truths in order to really help not only himself but his patients and thousands of others who blindly believed "doctors knew all". They don't and this book helps shine some truths on a few of those areas that more science and research should been taught in medical schools.

I love Dr. Ken Berry!
I’ve listened to Ken Berry on several podcasts, which is how I found out about his book. I enjoyed this book’s content, humor, and simplified debunking of common medical myths. However, I wish Dr. Berry had read it himself. My only criticism is that the monotone voice used took away from the listening experience. However, I’d still recommend this book to everyone I care about.

A Must Read for Everyone
I wish Dr. Berry was local. He breaks through all the lies and tells you like it is. I’ve been listening to his YouTube videos for years and always found them to be excellent, this book is the same. We have to realize we live in a place where big money influences our docs, the FDA, the American Heart Association, and especially big Agriculture. Be smart, question things and be vigilant every day of your life. Thank you Dr. Berry.

Must Read
This should be required reading for all humans - especially those in the medical field. I truly believe this man and his message will be proved true in the decades that follow as more and more of us wake up and the corporate interests that profit on our illnesses can no longer hide, bury, lie, and otherwise conceal the truth about what is making us perpetually sick. The simple answer to the majority of our ailments is to treat our human body as it was created and designed to be treated and that includes feeding it the ancestrally appropriate fuel (diet) instead of subjecting it to the perpetual corporate chemistry experiment that is our modern day Frankenstein diet and the plethora of new pharmaceutical concoctions designed to mask but not cure our symptoms, at the very best.

good book lots of interesting information that is potentially very useful. some of it was stuff I knew very well but many things were surprising. it's shocking how poorly the medical field is at evidence-based medicine.
