not for meditation or hypnosis for me
I like the guy's voice and the message. But I would not use it for meditation. or a traditional hypnotherapy session maybe something you can play in the background when you're working out. Or something you can play it at home. There's this beat that they keep playing that's kind of like an 80s Miami Vice beat. And that's why wouldn't use it for hypnotherapy or meditation. But I think it will help. with giving up self talk for someone
