Story
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

Great exercises for belief changes
This audio book gives you a lot of ideas of how to guide a child to change their beliefs and responses to life events. It will help them garner self-belief while having more understanding of how life can be. It arms them ready for hardship and gives them knowledge and awareness of how they can...exactly that...self-regulate as they grow and get older.

it's hard to control your ADHD. it's named ADHD for a reason becuase it's impulsive, it is very difficult to control. but im glad i found this book. after listening through this book, it really taught me some skills and tricks to ease up on over thinking, and really form some self functioning skills. i cant say i no longer have those problems, but after reading this book i can surely say i feel much better now, and i have hopes that if i keep practicing what's taught in this book, i'll keep getting better.
